The following case studies showcase my interest and skills in designing for a variety of products and users. I believe that designing for different users and products strengthens design-thinking. In each study, I focus on a specific user problem to illustrate how I discover, research, plan and visualize delightful user experiences on web and mobile.
This project I was tasked to improve the usability of our Mobile Check deposit service. Leveraged analytical tools and customer focused UI designs for remote check deposits. This decreased check scan fail rates by 15%, increasing deposits by 30%, becoming the leading channel (vs ATM/teller) and ranked #1 by industry benchmarking in every CX category among 15 top banks.

This project involved the designing a navigation that would improve parents experiences shopping online for their children. I worked as the lead ux designer to create a plan for usertesting, prototypes and visuals for this project. As a result, we were able to launch a new and improved shopping experience for customers increasing sales by 3%.
Venmo give was an idea that we created to improve the way people donated money to causes people really cared about. We were able to take the cut the long process to 3 simple steps. We also created a quick way to find causes that you are interested in. I was the lead design on this project creating visuals, and prototypes.
Goodfynd started out as idea then into a side project I had while attending General Assembly UXDI course and wanted to solve the problem of not being able to know what food trucks were near me. There will be a case study coming soon so for now you can check the live site here.
